@davaece_ X @sam_oj_123 Dava Takes His Energy to Afro+ Fest as Day Two Takes Over Maryland

Landover, Maryland — September 5, 2026

The energy surrounding Afro+ Fest has reached another level as the three-day celebration continues into Day Two, and among the familiar faces making their presence felt at the festival is none other than Dava.

Taking place at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland, Afro+ Fest 2026 has brought together music, culture, entertainment and the African diaspora for a weekend built around some of the biggest sounds coming out of Africa, the Caribbean and the global Black community.

After opening its 2026 edition on Friday, September 4, the festival is now deep into its second day, with thousands of fans gathering for another full day of performances, experiences and unexpected moments. The festival runs from September 4 to 6 and has expanded significantly from its one-day debut in 2025. Organisers are expecting the 2026 edition to welcome a massive audience across the three days.

And right in the middle of that atmosphere is Dava.

Known for his energetic personality and ability to turn ordinary moments into content, Dava's appearance at Afro+ Fest gives his audience a glimpse into a completely different environment from the streams and online moments they are accustomed to seeing from him.

This isn't just another event.

Afro+ Fest has positioned itself as a celebration of the African and Caribbean diaspora, bringing together Afrobeats, Amapiano, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, R&B and other global sounds while also incorporating food, fashion, art, entrepreneurship and cultural experiences.

That makes Dava's presence particularly fitting.

From the crowd to the performances, the festival represents the kind of environment where personalities, creators and entertainers naturally collide. With multiple stages and a lineup featuring major names from across the global music scene, there is no shortage of moments capable of becoming unforgettable memories — or viral content.

DAY TWO IS DIFFERENT

Saturday's edition is expected to run from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., giving attendees an entire day and night to experience the festival.
