the real question isn’t how many years you’ve been here, but how deeply you’ve lived them!!!

this year reminded me how much depth can exist in the smallest things — a gathering, a shared meal, a moment of laughter. when you strip it all down, life isn’t about counting years, it’s about creating moments that make the years worth counting.

have you lived? have you done the things your soul keeps tugging at you to experience? have you taught yourself the things you keep saying you don’t have time for?

every year on my birthday, i sit with that. it’s my chance to reflect on who i am, who i’ve become, who i’m still becoming and who i still want to be. it’s not just about adding another candle to a cake, but celebrating another year of actually living.

this year, i leaned into what i love most: curating cutesy little gatherings and surrounding myself with the people who ground me, who bring me back to earth.

august pushed me out of my comfort zone in so many ways, and i couldn’t be more grateful. because at the end of the day, this is the life i get to live, and IM CHOOSING TO LIVE IT DEEPLY
