So, so, so many adventures, so many experiences these 3 go on and share with me. Some I get to be a part of, but as they are getting older, and older…Most they come and share with me.

God how am I so blessed to be these 3 Mother? I know I should never question you Lord God but honestly how…

I love them so so much I become suspended in all time and space.

And that is the biggest blessing I’ve ever received coming here, especially along side with their father, the love of my life @embodiedexec.

Thank you God.

I love you Lucero Loonie kiddos! You’re all 3 my babies. Be who you need to be, become who you want to become and know no matter what my love only grows stronger for you. And in turn for myself too. Always know God is real, God is Love and God is in each of you. Even during the times you may not be able to fully feel it.

What an amazing, stressful, and exciting day!🔥💥

If anyone knows John he’s known for his poker face. He’s always, his whole life been serious, determined and driven, but very serious. Well that lifestyle has shifted. He’s begun livening up now and living life for what he wants and this fight was a HUGE initiation to that!

I had NO idea what to expect. I had never even seen him fight or met his coaches. To say I was amazed is an understatement. The laser focused, master skilled, humble support his gym @vitalforcemuaythai brought to event and is coaching him up into was amazing to witness. And HIS FIGHTING…HOLY EFFF! I am trying so hard to curse less, but I could not hold back yesterday! It was the most excited I’ve ever been for him!

LET’S GO JR!!!! I LOVE YOU!🔥❤️😍🔥❤️😍

i'm still here!
🌻
Virtual hugs to all my followers here on my business page 🤗Sam's Soul Space is still alive and well just purposely dormant :) 2023 has already been filled with so much fun and love and work (my main job). I've made art, went on beautiful hikes, got more tattoos, fostered small animals with @pricelesspetrescue , celebrated a wedding, tried new food, had quality family time, and so much more.

Back in February, after I spent all of January off of social media and meditated nearly 30 days straight, I felt stagnant in my spiritual practices. So i decided to temporarily let them go to see how I could manage life and live without these routines that weren't serving me back then. I'm slowly reintroducing more structure in terms of my mindfulness practices now a few months later after the break I took. I never want to preach what I don't practice so I took a gap in teaching any yoga or meditation or facilitating reiki. But I'm back slowly but surely and ready to put some effort back into my goals of bringing stress reduction techniques to business and organizations.

Teaching mindfulness, stress reduction, breathwork, and meditation has been my jam. While I'll always incorporate the body with light movement, I won't be teaching yoga for now. I feel that yoga is more accessible so I have been more called to bring better access to mindfulness. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions or comments on this!

Our family is everything to us. Everything.

We are The Lucero Loonies. A family here to make a BIG impact in so many ways and beautifully individually. A family ready to extend our blessings and gifts with the world. We are no strangers to the darkness and we are no stranger to The Light…and this alchemy is THE GRIT that it takes to truly serve.

It. Is. Time.

Stay Tuned….

✨🌸 Spring Fling 🌸✨

After weeks of rain, we were blessed with blue skies as we welcomed Spring together in Sacred Sisterhood.
We danced, played, laughed and learned along side the wildflowers and butterflies as we celebrated Mother Earth’s radiant fertility. It was delicious! A very special thank you to my beautiful cohost Coco Rawls with @wum.essential.elements for sharing her wisdom and medicine with our community. I bow in sweet gratitude to the wonderful women who attended this gathering.
You are all pure magic 🙌🏼💞✨

Our next Women’s Circle is Saturday May 13th 💗

Another retreat under my belt and a beautiful capsule to remember and call upon. Something unexpected but prayed for clicked for me after this beautiful weekend with like-minded beings. I stepped fully into the titles I've always felt an imposter over: leader, facilitator, instructor. Something shifted in which I felt worthy of learning from my mentors AND being their true friends. Worthy of being the youngest of the group and worthy of holding my own. It was pure magic to meet a few people I've only known in the virtual realm and to have not only my grandma but my mother join me on this trip. Making it to this retreat with less than a week to plan and ensure I'd be solid with the travel and the intensity was worth it. I reconnected with wisdom and feminine energy I thought I wasn't worthy of. I learned SO MUCH about what grace and weird and wild divine means to me and so many others choosing the path of reclaiming ancestral wisdom. Feeling is healing and with the right people or safe spaces, ALL of womanhood and wounds can be felt and processed big and bravely.

where have I been the past 6 weeks? Well it's back to in person school, I'm a senior in college🤓Which means I have gotten the opportunity to teach an evening yoga flow on campus as well as some virtual classes too😊 pinch me😱With a new part time job, teaching 3 classes a week, and being a full time student, samssoulspace isn't my top priority. I always promised myself that my personal meditation and yoga practices always have to come first, hence no posting over here. But I wanted to say hi!

With the way that life is back to hustle and bustle, traffic, homework, appointments, etc, our time is spread more thin. Heading into to the holiday months, what are you doing to prioritize your care? Slowing down takes a bit more effort now than it did last year. how’s your sleep, water intake, regular eating, time for reflection and connection? I'm finding myself craving a chunk of time in the week with nothing to do and no where to go. Time with self is harder to carve out than time checking off the to-do list or being with loved ones, I know. But it's worth it, it leaves your cup filled and then you can live/give from your overflow. Sending you love and compassion in this first week of October!🎃
