Our first Urban Retreat at @thebroadcaster, marking the launch of Pinja Daniela and the beginning of a vision that’s been quietly taking shape.

Urban Retreats are about more than wellness. They’re about creating space for community, a place to move, slow down, and reconnect, both with ourselves and with each other.

What defined the day was the feeling in the room: openness, genuine connection and laughter. A reminder that wellbeing isn’t something we do alone, it’s something we build and experience together.

This is the intention behind Urban Retreats — to bring people together, to reset, and to create meaningful moments of connection in the middle of busy city life. An Antidote To Urban Living.

Grateful to everyone who was part of this first gathering, and excited for what this is growing into. Already planning the next one, stay tuned ;)
