“The Earth is changing its frequency, and you are rising with it. You may be feeling the current energy very strongly, which can make you feel ungrounded, emotionally overwhelmed, or physically drained. You might notice sudden mood swings, trouble focusing, disrupted sleep, or a sense that your body is holding tension or buzzing with energy.

It might be showing up in your body, emotions, thoughts, sleep patterns, or how you connect with others. Everything could feel more intense, stirred up, or unpredictable.” Alex Myles

In your personal practice, there is no right or wrong way to celebrate an equinox. There are no formal traditions that must be marked, no rituals that must be enacted. A witch creates her own tradition, her own expression of the seasons and how they change.

This unique expression will reflect how the season or seasons have affected her spirit, her heart, and her body. The most basic way to celebrate is allowing yourself to interact with a natural environment around you. Spend the day outdoors. Go for a walk and look at how things are changing. You can celebrate indoors if you prefer.

Last night I was invited to read at the local library ‘an introduction to Cree-Michif’ gathering together in circle to share cultures from around the world, and bringing in the teachings of the medicine wheel, how we are all connected, yellow, red, black, or white, in one big circle.

💛❤️🖤🤍 a harmonious way to celebrate 🙏🏽 peep Simba to my left representing my inner child and Lion 🦁 hehe🫶🏽🔥

What do you do to celebrate the rebirth of spring?
