Residency at Art Omi goes beyond the creation of the tangible.

Through envisioning and workshopping alongside one another, and forming passion-led connections, residents across all Art Omi programs exchange perspectives formed by their individual lived experience, in turn expanding their creative lens.

With five distinct residency programs for international artists, writers, dancers, musicians, and architects, there is a place for everyone at Art Omi.

Bringing together global cohorts who are nourished in acres of meadows, sculpture, art, and the rich culture of the Hudson Valley, this residency truly offers an experience unlike any other.

At Kalote, this second home by KPa celebrates the dialogue between nature and architecture.
From the earthy fire brick cladding to the intricate jali screens casting ever-changing shadow patterns, every corner embraces the play of light and twilight moods.

The spaces flow with an airy openness, blending luxury with raw material honesty—concrete, grit wash, and fire brick—while framing the landscape beyond. Interiors balance comfort with vibrancy, where design meets warmth, and every detail speaks of timeless elegance.

An earthy yet contemporary retreat, crafted to be lived in, loved, and connected with nature. 🌿
