Some cars deserve more than a photograph.

This Porsche 964 C4, owned by a true enthusiast, was the subject of a recent PYG Studio commission, transformed from automotive icon into a piece of original artwork.

Blueprint lines.
Layered paint.
Texture.
Metallic detail.
A little bit of imperfection.

The car was the inspiration.
The artwork is the interpretation.

PYG STUDIO
Taking design and making it art.

Late post from last week up at @edition_show, was nice to take the mk2 to something for change. Shame the intended wheels didn’t make it. But had a great day, good to catch up with people and top the the T-shirt tan lol. Thanks to @autobahn76 for this fab photo and Thanks as ever for the honey @samevans4460 👌 #vw #mk1 #mk2 #mk2golfgti #porsche #ronalwheels #editionreloaded #edition38 #zeoriginals #stillstatic #vwhome

Standard practice here with no posts… then a big one lol.
Been pushing on with the mk2 over the winter month, great to get out last night first time since Oct!
Finally sourced a set of Brembo’s from @aman_mk2… thank you mate, a true vw enthusiast!
Then got super lucky on some recaro’s that @samevans4460 found. Many thanks to Amelia from @splitsbyvoodoo for bringing these all the way down to me!
Bit of a refurb, some skilled stitching from my lovely @joannamodgers and new parts from @chrisqgolf and rear bench to get trimmed from @mk2sparesuk_matt and we’re sorted! Interior done 👍 Also scratched an it and found a les hicks cage to throw in… had it paint black for stealth looks😂. I’m currently painting the eta beta wheels before a rebuild… again … thanks to @samevans4460 for feeding the wheel habit 🤦‍♂️😂 #mk2golf #mk2gti #recaro #brembo #obsolete #mk2crew #mk2society #zeoriginals #gotthedrop #stillstatic #editionreloaded #edition38 #ronal #srr
