Meet our Head Designer Sam!
Sam grew up in New Zealand and ended up at SDSU studying Graphic Design with a Minor in Sociology. What started as doodling in notebooks during classes, led to a passion for conceptual and digital art. Although his work is primarily digital, he hopes to explore sculpture and various conceptual themes. One of his greatest inspirations is John Baldessari, a former SDSU student who has had retrospectives in many iconic museums such as LACMA, MOMA, Tate Modern, and the list goes on. Sam is excited to be part of a team working on developing the magazine into a platform in which all students can share some of their most unreserved work.
