Core Strong. Skin Calm.
It was very exciting to collab with the Pilates pros @enmeistudios and their powerhouse instructor @samgilbs this morning, bringing JustONEface to the reformer.

A lot of JustONEface lovers (myself included) have told me they love wearing their patches to Pilates classes. The patch keeps breakouts protected from sweat and bacteria AND it stays on throughout the whole workout!

Honestly it’s one of my fave lil things about designing them the way I did hehe.

If you’re an @enmeistudios member and missed out on the giveaway this morning, just DM me for your patches 🫶 #pilatesreformer #pimplepatch #skincarelover #ukskincare #justoneface

We started a sauna club. This is how the first one went.

Heat. Cold. Silence. Connection. We began in the sauna at @rebaserecovery then into the cold, and back again. Round two, deeper into the heat, then back into the cold and the deep silence that follows.

We ended with matcha at @howmatchaofficial and conversation.

But this was only the beginning. H Salon Sauna Club. A practice of recovery, shared. Sign up for the next one. Link in bio.

H Salon Sauna Club was created with intention. To educate. To connect. To recover with purpose.

Each session is crafted around more than contrast therapy. It is about understanding your body, protecting your scalp in the heat, and building a practice that lasts beyond the session.

Thank you to @rebaserecovery for providing the perfect oasis for our first contrast therapy session, and to @howmatchaofficial for welcoming us afterwards with ceremonial matcha and conversation.

Join the ritual. Link in bio.

call your friends

this one became a two-part grid post

I think this is what I love most about people.
Not just hearing them, but understanding the shape of them.
The stories that built them.
The advice they carry.
The things they wish they learned sooner.
The parts of themselves they only reveal when someone asks and actually waits for the answer.

Whats one piece of advice you’d give your younger self?
Or maybe even yourself right now?

Funny how wisdom is so easy to hand out and sometimes so difficult to hold onto with both hands.

These calls are becoming really special to me.
Less scrolling.
More feeling.
More seeing people for who they are, not just what role they play in our lives.

you’ll be surprised what lives inside a simple conversation

call your friends

Stay slay.

It is officially the start of summer ☀️

We hosted a beautiful event at Enmeï Studios on Tuesday in their Marylebone location, beginning with an incredible signature ENMEÏ strength-based Pilates class led, followed by a Club Attiva community catch-up, Keto Bee collagen cookies, and each guest took home a wonderful wellness goodie bag.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our partners @enmeistudios @ketobeelondon @rainwellbeing @puritionuk @ancientandbrave @willysacv for being part of it.

Make sure you are signed up via the link in our bio to join the next one 💛
