The root strength of my sobriety is in my movement practice. Every year, the decision to roll out my yoga mat has opened new doors for me. Showing up on purpose has created a greater purpose in my life.

Being asked to be a @lululemon Ambassador this year, has already been an incredible experience here in the Twin Cities. Tomorrow, this experience leads me to Ambassador Summit 2026 in Vancouver and Whistler Canada. Two places I’ve always dreamed of visiting, and I now get to do it in the coolest of ways. I can’t stop pinching myself! 🫠🥰

Feeling incredibly grateful and truly blessed doesn’t even begin to describe the emotions! Thank you with all my heart to those who thought that I should be a part of this; a part of the 100 globally selected Ambassadors for this journey! ❤️✨

Still buzzing from the lululemon ambassador event 🍋‍🟩 Getting to spend the day surrounded by people who bring so much energy, intention, and heart into everything they do was exactly the reset I needed. Grateful doesn't even cover it — moments like these remind me why I love this community so much. More to come soon 👀

What a dreamy night spent with the @lululemon crew of ambassadors and community leaders. We were spoiled at the beautiful @mysahus to an evening of relaxation, community, delicious food, chair massage, and sound bath to name just a few things! ✨

It never ceases to amaze me how lululemon celebrates it’s ambassadors. Thank you so much to everyone who put together this meaningful and memorable night! 🥰❤️

📸 Shout out to @samholtimages for capturing the event because my phone was nowhere near in sight as I just soaked it all in! 🙏🏽😊

Content warning: this one’s a little in my feels.

At the last lululemon ambassador gathering, we each wrote a “yet statement.” Mine: I haven’t redefined what work means to me… yet.

Last night, I was reminded of it, and mine hit different this time, because the “yet” needs to be redefined. I’m now fully committed to doing fitness and wellness full time. Past me was still waiting for permission. Present me just took it. Small pride moment.
