It’s lit🔥Literally. Sending a professional pole vaulter over a flaming bar was made possible by an incredible collaboration with @redbullusa 🐂 Take a look behind the scenes at the stunt, pyro and camera teams who made it all possible.

A good friend of mine said to me the other day “You always post your DJ stuff… Why don’t you show people the other sides of you?”
I thought about it and she had a great point. I didn’t know what to say back so I said you’re right!
It’s easy to post DJ stuff all the time because I’m gone on the road most the week DJing😂
I love spending time with the fam (especially my nephew), I love the outdoors, I love my friends, and I love having a good time!
So today we are switching it up💃

This is what they actually mean when they say “Red Bull gives you wings.” 🪽

Sam Hurley 🇺🇸 took pole vaulting to another level, clearing a bar engulfed in flames in Red Bull’s “Great Poles of Fire” stunt.

Would you ever dare to try this? 👀

TURNING UP THE HEAT 🔥

Redbull athlete @samhurley took off down the runway at Mac Vault Academy in College Station, Texas, and vaulted over a crossbar wrapped in flames. Red Bull is calling “Great Poles of Fire” the first stunt of its kind.

Hurley is a rare two-event jumper, elite in both the high jump and pole vault. The Texas Tech grad is turning pro now with LA28 in his sights, and this is one hell of a way to start.

Pro stunt with a fire safety team on site, natural non-flammable clothing and safety gel. Please don’t try this at your next meet.

Full behind-the-scenes on HURLEY’s YouTube.

Rendering to Reality - Sam Hurley Fire Pole Vault Edition. Amazing to always see how creating a rendering for a project like this comes out in the real life content. We always try to get as close to what it will look like through feasibility, concept development and branding design to create the environment from start to finish. This project was labor of love to make happen over the past 10 months of ideation, feasibility, creative, safety planning and making it an once in a lifetime experience for @samhurley to clear a fully fire lit pole vault bar set up. Stoked to see this all come to life and all the collaboration it took to take it from concept to reality. Thank you Sam for trusting us to make this happen for you. photos by @dustinsnipes
