In this episode of “Author Talk”, Ridaab interviews Samira Jafar, a Kuwaiti Author & university lecturer. In her third book, and her first short-story debut; Jafar talks about her recent book “If You’re Lost”, a collection of nine stories with a common theme of feeling lost. Jafar describes various characters & stories, all who’ve come from different backgrounds, socio-economic perspectives, ages, and lives. Each story carefully captures the essence of feeling lost, and feeling sometimes stuck. Rather than showcasing a solution to such feeling, Jafar describes the stories and the emotion in itself. To watch the full interview, visit Ridaab’s YouTube channel.
