Planet Fitness is only good for one thing, the lighting 😂 This year was my best year powerlifting wise and life wise. I didn't fail any classes, I added just over 55 Ibs to my all time best competition total, and added over 23 Wilks onto my best Wilks score. Favorite lift of the year was my 248 IB bench press @ 123 IB bodyweight, a goal I've been chasing since I was 16. I'm now currently 137.9 IB in this picture and plan to compete as a 60 KG lifter going forward. I will compete when I finally feel ready as I competed way too much this year. My grandpa told me you should be harvesting a crop, not just a single plant going forward and I plan to follow through with that advice this coming year. Shout-out to everyone who made 2019 a great year, you know who you are. Onto 2020!
