so eternally grateful for this trip!

i didn’t expect God to move so intentionally, but even since discovering this mission trip and raising money He was moving meticulously. i’m so honored to get to see His grace and kindness up close, touching the hearts of so many. between serving through VBS, painting rooms, and many home visits, God was able to use our group as a testament to this community. we were shown how to have humility and gratitude for the blessings in our lives. i was reminded of how precious your community can be and important family is. it is indescribable how amazing God’s glory is. so very thankful for all these amazing people, 410, and everyone who supported this trip through donations and prayer. you’re generosity was so fruitful and i’m so appreciative for this opportunity

¡gloria a su nombre, Dios!

It’s been seven years since my last mission trip, and I didn’t realize just how much I miss this! Last week, I had the honor of traveling with a team of 4 adults and 18 high school students to Hato Mayor in the Dominican Republic. This experience was so unique compared to previous ones! We really got to spend time in the villages with individual families and couples sharing the gospel and learning about their community. I had a front row seat to witnessing 16-18 year olds boldly share their faith and speak words you’d expect to hear from adults far older and wiser than them. I’m so proud of each and every one of the students that were on this trip and their willingness to step out of their comfort zones. People sometimes tell me I’m crazy for spending so much time with high school students, but honestly it’s an honor to spend time with the next generation and watch them learn and grow. Our future is so bright!
P.S. if you’ve never heard what a peacock sounds like, it will most definitely surprise you!

DR Mission Trip!!🩷✝️ Thank you Jesus for this incredible week. Seeing how God used every person on our team to spread the gospel and share his love was amazing. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for everyone that was apart of this. Seeing firsthand how God moved in every aspect of this experience is nothing short of a miracle. The Dominican Republic and the community will forever hold a special place in my heart. Thank you God that your steadfast love and kindness is greater than anything in this world.
