“Celebrating other women’s success doesn’t diminish your own” actually if I’m being honest, it inspires you to aim for more.

I met @lucelianelles a few years back as an introverted sweet little thing and as the years progressed she has done nothing but 📈 and it has been such a beautiful thing to witness.

I had the privilege of being mentored through her first stepping stone: community mastery and I came to respect her in a completely different light. To see such a young women accomplish so much is inspiring and gives a new perspective to those she’s paving the way for.

Now with @inpersonpodcast she’s continuing to do just that.
Congrats Lucy! To see you level up time and time again is inspiring and simply beautiful.
Here for it all 👏🏻

A little Blueberry VISP magic @solidcore (instructor: @sydney_kotonias)🫐✨

So grateful to @drinkvisp for bringing the wellness community together to celebrate the launch of the Blueberry VISP! 💙 Getting to spend the day with some of my favorite girls, instructors, and wellness lovers made this launch so special.

And of course, I’m obsessed with the product — a self-mixing glass water bottle?! Talk about making hydration feel elevated. 💧✨ Plus, the Blueberry is amazing color!

Thank you, VISP, for creating products that make wellness more fun, functional, and beautiful. Cheers to the next one! 🫶🏽

Slow Sundays, soft starts, and Pilates with people who get it 🤍
Somewhere along the way I forgot this is what it’s all about—slowing down, moving with intention, and sharing space with good energy.

Grateful for mornings like this and for you, Demi, for making it so beautiful ✨
