Member of the Month 🏆

Most will appreciate that when you work full time and have a young family to provide for, it’s hard to maintain the fit and healthy lifestyle you used to live.

And when you used to be an athlete, it feels like that life is a distant memory.

So what happens?

Well we just put everything else first and ourselves last.

Then you join onpoint, and start to realise that training is no longer about being the best, but more about doing your best.

It used to be all about your physical health, but you’re starting to realise the benefits on your mental health.

You have more energy, you think clearer, you’re more productive at work, you’re a better partner.

You start to fall in love with exercise again, and that athlete comes back out, but in a different way.

You lead by example in the sessions, going above and beyond.

You push others to be the best they can be.

You become an inspiration to members.

To your family.

It’s an emotional rollercoaster this fitness journey right?

Well this is the journey that we have seen this guy go on, and it’s been great to witness.

When he can get to onpoint it’s game on. 110%. No questions.

If you are lucky enough to be in his classes then you are in for a great workout.

If you try to keep up with him these days then you are in for a bad workout 🤣

But you will look at him and think damn…

So that’s what being fit, strong and healthy looks and feels like.

Fair play!

This month our decision has been unanimous.

So please give it up for Sam Brunton 💪🏼

Farm games 2023 🌾

What an event yesterday was and I’m sure we are all feeling it today 😅

To see a bunch of onpoint members who’s biggest fears were taking the first step into a gym ,and now seeing them take part in a competition against big and well known gyms was truly a sight to see 🥹

It just goes to show with the right support and guidance
( a little push from the trainers and other members 😉) that you can achieve what you first thought was unachievable!

Whether thats a big stage event, your first park run, an extra class, or making it to the first slow sign 😅

Nothing is impossible, but most importantly, we’re having fun 😁
