How we created the official @londonmarathon 2026 film 🎨✂️

This year meant a bigger crew, bigger goals, and an even bigger finish.

On race day, the Proper Pablo team grew to 14 people - a bit of a leap from last year, with each person tasked to capture something a bit different.

From the @theftdbrothers sprinting around the city with a fridge on their back, to @guinnessworldrecords being broken, countless community run clubs making noise, a record number of @specialolympicsgb athletes taking part, and a new world record from the King @sawesebastian

What a dream it was to bring all of those stories together in the final film.

A huge thank you to @bbclondon for helping us create the intro voiceover, and to all the friends and families who sent in voice notes supporting people taking on the race. Thanks also to @overtimeclub_ for letting us drag them around London in the lead-up to race day to capture the film’s opening moments, all brought together with the @epidemicsound music and SFX.

Massive love to the crew:

And finally, a massive thank you to @kjmoriarty94 @emmajo.pereira and the whole team at @londonmarathonevents for having us again.

Can’t wait for the next one!

London Marathon 2026 ✅

What a week. What a team.

A few years ago, a book called ‘Two Hours’ explored the human pursuit of breaking the sub-2-hour marathon, so to witness that barrier officially broken yesterday was a bit nuts.

Big thanks to all involved in the video production yesterday, a proper dream team.

@adamroussak @ldwmedia @iammrblake @foryou.production @harryosbornefilm @jodiehorne_ @phoebe.videos @sikhalo.m @avocamera @archie.gwynn @craigerbarrett @gaurav.grg_ @lewis_bloomer @samlaxvisuals @matjoez @nathanholland

A massive thank you to the London Marathon team for having us again @kjmoriarty94 @emmajo.pereira @rox_glover @becsnewman @cebocaptures and co.

If you haven’t already, do have a look at @londonmarathon channels to see the work put out by the team.

As I approach my 50th show, I wanted to reflect on a few memories from being on the road. Who’s excited for new memories in May?? 🇸🇪🇩🇪🇩🇰🇨🇿 #memories #ontheroad #nostalgia

Wow. What a journey.

After six years at the BBC, it’s time for me to step into a new chapter. This decision wasn’t easy, but it was the right one. I’ve grown so much personally, creatively, and in ways I never expected.

I’ve worked on incredible projects, collaborated with so many brilliant people, and always strived to bring authenticity and representation into the work I do. Creativity, culture, and pushing boundaries have been at the core of my journey, and I’m leaving with so much gratitude for every lesson, every challenge, and every win along the way.

Big love to everyone who’s supported me on this journey, whether for a season or the long haul, you’ve shaped my experience in ways I’ll always be grateful for.

I’m marking the beginning of this chapter with time to reflect, recharge, and embrace the unknown with excitement.

And what better day to begin this journey than on Valentine’s Day? A day about love, and I’m choosing love too: love for creativity, for exploration, for work that truly aligns with me, and most importantly, for myself.

Here’s to new beginnings. Here’s to betting on myself. And here’s to whatever comes next 💫🥂

What a crazy year 2024 has been!
I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much or experienced as much as I did this year. It was full of challenges, and some beloved people left my life—but in the end, everything turned out okay.

Because in the midst of all that, I met even more incredible people who brought so much love and light into my life. I even got to experience some of the most beautiful moments of my life this year.

A massive thank you to everyone who was there for me and supported me through it all. Without you, I’d be lost!

Here’s to 2025—it’s going to be my year! ❤️

@jacobcollier mini tour doc!

Having such a blast with this wonderful family of people on this Europe tour! Here’s a little insight. Editing projects like this is tough while on the road and also completing daily photos, videos, social content but we going!

Vechta, you stole my heart! Supporting @your.now.ex on tour has been an incredible experience, but Vechta was something truly special. The energy, the crowd – everything was just perfect.

A thousand thanks for the unforgettable time, I will never forget it. I can’t wait to come back!
