POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last week, we had the privilege of hearing from one of Coach Melton’s best friends and the NCAA Woman of the Year, one of the most prestigious honors in college athletics. This award recognizes excellence in academics, athletics, service and leadership, and Sam truly represents each of those qualities.

Sam reminded our team just how quickly the college years pass and how important it is to be grateful for every moment. This is the only time this exact group of 18 girls will be together before new teammates are added and others eventually move on. Accolades and rings may fade, but the friendships, memories and lessons you gain throughout the journey will last far beyond your playing days.

Thank you, Sam, for spending time with our team and sharing such an important message! 💙
