If you’re training at a high level, recovery isn’t optional. It’s the work.

The @mvmnt_center recovery suite is built for people who take performance seriously.

Sauna + Cold Plunge to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and prime your body for what’s next. Shiftwave - whole body vibration paired with meditation - to sharpen mental focus and bring your nervous system back to baseline. Red Light Therapy to accelerate recovery at the cellular level and keep your body performing at its best.

This isn’t a spa day. It’s protocol.

The athletes who recover well are the ones who train consistently. Consistency is where real performance lives.
