Not just a physical change!

Side by side, the difference speaks for itself. But what you can’t see in these photos is everything that happened behind the scenes to get here.

The consistency when motivation wasn’t there. The trust in the process on the hard days. The discipline to keep showing up, meal after meal, session after session.

This is what happens when you commit to the process and stop looking for shortcuts.

so proud of this progress. This is just the beginning.

THIRD PLACE 🥉💜 FMG BIKINI CLASS 4
I genuinely don’t have the words yet 😭🤩 I went up on stage with zero expectations except to have fun and beat my last package. We did that and so much more!
I am genuinely just so proud of myself. A placing does not define me or the hard work that went into this. But it meant the world 🌏✨ still on such a high and soaking it all up. So many more photos to come 🥹🙌🏻🫶🏻
