The curveball: On loop 2 the sandbag reps double. This wasn’t announced until the teams arrived at the station.

I had a vision for creating an event where I can take everyone out of their comfort zone and rattle the cage a bit. To bring the team together through suffering and what better place to do that then at the ranch.

This wasn’t your typical company outing. We do things differently here at BPN. We talk the talk and walk the walk.

Lord I’m grateful. In every season.

Grateful for the life I get to live, and the people I get to spend it with. Grateful to wake up with the greatest purpose. Grateful to be able to do hard things and become the man that the good Lord has made me to be. Above all, grateful to get to have a relationship with my Lord my God.

What a privilege it is to push my mind and body to do these things.

6 months ago I bought a bike from a friend and got back in the pool for the first time in years. Now i have opened my mind to an entire new world of what i am capable of if i just put in the work.

I am capable of whatever i want to accomplish once i decide that it’s something I’m willing to go all in on. Now 4:51 is the standard. Time to get back to work 🤘🏼

What an amazing weekend! We went out there and did what we said we were going to do!

What made it even better is that we got to do it surrounded and supported by so many people that wanted to see us succeed. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for all the support i received from friends and strangers.

I can’t wait to share more about this experience.

my heart is so happy after this weekend in nashville so let’s recap!😌💅🏼🤠

Night 1 we did dinner with Sam, Trey, Uly, Simon and Jake! The @bpnsupps crew! Having them part of this weekend was so special and a dream come true!!

Also, have you ever seen so many Go Gels??!?! 🤯🤯

I know I already recapped Yep run club but I am just so blown away by everyone and the support I felt during this event! I can’t wait to run with y’all again!🥲💗💗💗

@itscathyjimenez is my right hand woman!!! She is so dialed and the greatest manager a girl could ask for! I feel so lucky to work side by side with her!⚡️✨

and @elladorazio too! Working with @underscoretalent has genuinely changed my life and has opened so many doors!!

My @lskd.USA girls!!! This was our 3rd run club together and I swear they just keep getting better and better! I love @lskd !! I love party planning with them and I’m so ready for the next!😏🤭🤭

Where do I even start?! @garrett.healy is my rock and my greatest support! He keeps me calm in the chaos of these big run club events and race weekends and I just love him so much!!❤️

@alexsirek and I signed up for a fun half marathon and picked up our bibs😁…

but unfortunately I rolled my ankle in the first 100 meters of run club so opted out of this one HA 🙃🙃🙃

But of course I roped Garrett into it too and he ran and crushed it and got top 10!! #dawg 🐕🏅

Alex also crushed it and we still got to wear our matching outfits after all! 💖🥹

also got to watch my new friend @flourishbloomwellness run her first half marathon!! So amazing!⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ubered to my childhood home right outside of Nashville! Lived here when I was 5 and haven’t been back since!! It was so nostalgic and cute!😭😭

It made me so emotional thinking about how there are probably now kids that live in that same house and get to have the same memories! also made me realize how fast time flies & to savor every moment!

Listened to my dad’s old country music album he made when we lived here! It’s perfect 🥹🥹

From traveling to Nashville for a BPN event to helping host @painkllr’s DURUS Sim in a span of less than a couple of days apart is WILD.

NASHVILLE YEP RUN CLUB!!!✨🥹🌸

WOW! Y’all showed OUT! Yesterday’s Yep Run Club had its 3rd big event and this time in Nashville, Tennessee!!! I was blown away by how many people came and my heart is so full after meeting everyone, running, and hearing your stories!🥹

We ran, tried @bpnsupps new mocha protein flavor, shopped the @lskd Nashville special edition Yep Run Club shirt & running fits, made bouquets, ate bagels, had drinks from @greenhills_nutrition, made so many new friends and took home goodie bags full of all my favorite things!

Huge thank you to everyone that made this event so special and smooth! I could NOT do it without everyone at @underscoretlnt, @lskd.usa and @bpnsupps!! what a dream to work with these companies on this fun passion project of mine!!💗💗💗

We have one more stop this year! Where should Yep Run Club head to next??👀🤠🤘🏻
