#edfringe is people and my heart is approx. 34 sizes larger for falling in love with all of you this year—OW!!! There is an actual medical condition called Cardiomegaly that is simply having an enlarged heart, and thanks to you freaks, I am going to have to call 999 and get myself TREATED. (‘Finally,’ @brianmdudley would crack.)

Fringe is people. It’s artists and co-conspirators with the wildest dreams and wilder audacity to see them into being with awe-inspiring generosity and self-possession. It’s adventurous, crazy sexy audiences with appetites for new and bold work unlike any for whom I’ve yet had the privilege to play. It’s friends and family like muses who fuel me to make them the proudest I can.

Thank you all for sweeping me off my feet, for holding me up and seeing my work so clearly, for good chat and great laughs. For endless inspiration. For the feeling of belonging you can only find with true community.

I am a better idiot comedian, cuckoo artist, sentimental dreamer, hot lover, gay guy, and person because of you and this work we do together at this monster of a festival in this beautiful city we make home for a month.
