In my 30s, I was training dolphins. In my 40s, I’m negotiating with a duck, raising two tiny humans, and apparently maintaining luxury real estate for chickens. Life is weird like that. This week’s vlog is a little reminder that motherhood wasn’t the last thing I was ever going to become. I’m still discovering new hobbies, building a career I never saw coming, and trying to remember that I’m a person, too. Also, a huge thank you to @AivituvinPets for gifting our flock their new coop! The chickens are absolutely loving their upgraded accommodations, complete with an automatic door, and I’m fairly certain they’re living better than the rest of us at this point. And maybe my favorite part of all of this? Meeting incredible moms along the way and realizing we’re all still figuring out who we want to be when we grow up. Oh, and I’m helping plan something I’m pretty excited about for next month… More on that later. 👀
