I came to @protrained looking for a new gym/workout group, but what I found was community 🥺

I came across #100daysofwork and for 49 days, I was so nervous to just show up that on the 50th day I was like “okay Natalia, get it together” 😂 and I’m so glad I finally did because as soon as I walked in, I saw @samoszn who I knew through a mutual friend (@__itsadri !) and immediately felt welcomed. these are some of the funniest, most encouraging, motivating, and inspiring people to start the day with

anyone that knows me knows that the only reason I used to wake up at 4am was to catch a flight lol. so these 5ams mean so much more to me than just a workout. they mean discipline and a commitment to show up for myself - even through fear and anxiety - to become a better version of myself. a version that feels as strong mentally as I do physically. it means finding work/life balance and setting boundaries to be able to wake up before the sun, prioritizing my physical health, doing difficult things, and not letting life get in the way of taking care of myself first, before anything else gives me a reason or excuse not to

so thank you to the ProTrained community, especially @dbmiyagi @jonathan_b_james and @dre_knoxville for welcoming me with open arms, telling me every morning “make sure you come back,” creating such a welcoming space to improve, and pushing us to become 1% better everyday. now y’all not getting rid of me 😂 #5amclub

Friends who workout together stay together, and I have some of the best ones around!! 🩷👯‍♀️

@gingerperinar & @dimitragritzanis got up with me at 4:30 this AM to come to #100DaysofWork and we got goood active recovery in. Blessed to surround myself with such dynamic, superstars of friends. We work together, pray together, eat good, live better, support each other and do what we do best which is LOVE one another & encourage each other to be our absolute BEST selves. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Come tap in & hang with us @protrained next week!! It’s bring a buddy week and I promise we have fun in here. ⭐️🤸🏽‍♀️💪🏽 #fitness #gym #motivation

This morning’s yoga session led by @camaceo powered through @axonyoga 🧘🏽‍♀️🔋

A gentle reminder to LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. Everything else will follow. I can’t believe we’re almost to day 50 of #100DaysofWork and after these past 46 days of work I’m grateful for the community I’ve built @protrained and the discipline gained throughout.

As hard as we be working in these 5AMs, the rest and reset was much needed. #fitness #yoga #mindfulness #5AMinChicago
