We are back with mix #123 by NYC based artist @___sugo2000___ ! A producer, DJ and audiovisual artist whose sound is deeply rooted in Chicago footwork and club music, Sugo2000 is known for her instinctive and adventurous approach to production, using percussion as a playground to push the boundaries between genres to create new combinations of her own. Sugo treats her DJ sets as a form of storytelling, taking the dance floor on a high-energy, nostalgic, and rhythmic journey across footwork, jungle, juke, bouyon, R&B and more. With performances across Chicago, NYC, Houston and LA, and the release of her EP “SET IT OFF”, Sugo has earned a growing reputation for her distinctive sound in contemporary club music. Hi and Hello! Does your neck hurt? Do your knees crack every time you stand up? Weird high-pitched sound constantly playing in your ears? Well, we have an album for you!

However, this is not your regular Robbing Rave product, this is something different.
We proudly present to you a somewhat dissimilar vibes we cooked for you.

Various styles, various genres, spiked with our usual love for unusual basses and breaks, vitamins included.
Amen breaks, distorted subbs, cut-up vocals are all still here, this time slightly bamboozled.
Cover by one and only : Maciek Jurny 😘
