#Dynamax Core Series. Coach works around athlete. Start with 10reps each for as many rounds as you feel will get the job done! 😁
Use a 4-8lb ball max for this one:
-Frog Throws
-Russians (L)
-Supine OH Throws
-Russians (R)

Wondering what #Dynamax ball weight is best to buy? Most coaches don’t realize that even though there are some awesome heavy ball moves, 90% of the exercises that maximize athletic performance are performed with a lighter 6-8lb ball where the athlete can release the ball explosively without distorting the movement. - e.g., the Bridge Throw @davidjbraswell is performing is with an 8lb ball (and he’s an elite athlete). When performing the bridge throw- stand at the base of the athlete’s feet. The athlete receives the ball and performs a glute bridge as the ball is extended overhead, pausing at the top of the bridge, then throws the ball aiming for the coach’s hands/chest while lowering the hips.
And we teach: always help the athlete up. #teamwork
