Such a great day today!

The dungeon fitness block party was awesome and so much fun.

I officially got to join the thousand pound club today! It's been on my bucket list for a while and I'm super excited to make it official today!!!!!

A couple weeks ago at the @samsonfestpnw , I wasn't able to stay long enough for the truck pull and got a little redemption today! This truck was HEAVY but I got 'er dun!!!

So many awesome vendors and great people.

Thanks @officialdungeonfitness for hosting such a fun day.

Workout buddies unite!

I had a lot of fun getting jacked with my buddy Hammy the Hamster..... In case you were wondering, Hammy is short for Hamstring (his parents were pretty big gym rats🤣).

A workout buddy can go a long ways to helping you reach your goals .....

And a church buddy can help you reach your goals too.....

If you don't have a workout buddy or a church buddy, find a way to become a buddy to someone else and watch the magic happen!

Never forget that you always have a built-in buddy/best friend and helper in our older brother Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit.

Even when we feel all alone, they are there.

Have a grate-full day my friends! #beweakgethumblebecomestrong #churchofjesuschristoflatterdaysaints #friends #gymbro #lds

I had a lot of fun this weekend!

I was able to join a bunch of other awesome people and participate in the Samsung fest! I was able to do so many fun things and meet some great people!

Including my dungeon fitness family and friends!

I was a little bummed because I had to take off without finishing the entire thing but it was still a ton of fun!

But the best part of my weekend was getting to hang out with an adorable newborn baby!.. crazy story, she was delivered in a gas station parking lot on the way to the hospital because she was too impatient to wait for actual doctors 🤣🤣🤣. I guess I'm grateful that my kids didn't try this on me😬

Finished up the weekend with a great church meeting!

What an amazing morning @samsonfestpnw ! Thank you @pinkscorpio72 and @kenrice2011 for your encouragement! Thank you to all the gyms for challenging me. Thank you @iam.marci.rae for motivating me. Thank you @newlife.southkitsap for hosting!

I had no idea that I could pull a Kei truck with a 500# tire in it, lift a 100# sandbag to my shoulder, do so many hard things, and win 2nd place in the novice women’s category. Not too bad for an almost grandma! 💪

Thank you @ketobrick for fueling me through these challenges. I am proof that you don’t need carbs to do intense physical activity.

Thank you @be_better_gym for getting me back in the gym when I didn’t think I was ready! You make me better with every workout! 💪

Thank you @mentalhealthketo for helping my brain feel better so that my body can do this!

Let’s go! I can’t wait for next year. 💪

People of the PNW are built different 💪

Despite the dark and rainy day, SO MANY South Kitsap locals showed up and gave Samson Fest their all! 🏋‍♀️🏃

Not only did contestants kill their challenges, but some also blew minds with their 1 rep deadlift maxes! We were blown away with a woman lifting 510, and a man lifting 860!!!

Shout out to EVERYONE who participated, volunteered, and hosted challenges!
Special shoutout to New Life for hosting the event in your lot!

We can't wait to see what next year brings!

Stay strong Port Orchard 💪💪
