Think about who you can be in 8 weeks, These people did, and their lives changed because of it. For context these are all my 1:1 clients, working on cruise ships all over the world. With SHIPSHAPE you’ll build those same kinds of habits, in a group setting designed to get you there without needing full 1:1 support. But you’ll be doing it for a fraction of the cost, surrounded by a group of legends all wanting the same thing, To become the leanest, strongest, most confident version of themself they know they can be. Spaces go live tomorrow for those on the priority list (link is in my bio), If you aren’t on it then you’re missing out on a whopping £50 discount, Those that are on it will be paying just £99 for the full 8 weeks group coaching. It’s never been easier to transform into the best version of yourself!

You’re not lacking motivation, just the person in your corner holding you to a certain standard. This was exactly what Sam needed before he started with me, He knew he needed to stay consistent, but actually doing so was a different ball game. After trying on his own for many years, Sam started with me 1:1, In 8 weeks he found himself being more consistent than he ever had been before, whilst losing a crazy amount of body fat. I mean look at his photos.. he looks like a different person! This is the same shift Shipshape is built to help you find, Becoming the version of you that turns up even when you don’t feel like it, That is proud when they see themself in the mirror and doesn’t recognise whose looking back, Who walks down the I95 with a level of confidence they’ve never felt before, Because Shipshape isn’t just about looking good, It’s about becoming the person you wish you could be, (But not just for the 8 weeks.. long after the 8 weeks are done) You’ll have someone backing your corner so you never feel lost or stuck, At the same time there will be a group of you all going through the same process, helping each other, inspiring each other. All of this, for the price of a Chopps steak, sides and a couple of Pina coladas. At £99 for the whole 8 weeks, You’ll never have a better opportunity than this to prove to yourself what you’re capable of, It’s 8 weeks of your life that can change the rest of your contract, But you have to be on the priority list to grab a space, Just go to the link in my bio and enter your email. Spaces go live on 28th August, and if you miss it you could be waiting a whole year until an opportunity like this comes back around. Go and join the priority list, we get started September 7th (But only if you’re on the priority list)

Sam looks like a completely different person after these last 10 weeks! 🤯 You don’t get results like this by sitting in your cabin and waiting.
You get them by putting in the work. Showing up for yourself day after day.
Doing your workouts.
Changing your diet. Since starting with me, Sam has always asked questions, constantly looking for ways to improve each week and eager to keep progressing. He knew he needed to make changes, and he expected to have to put the work in. And that’s exactly what he’s doing. These 10 weeks haven’t been easy though. He’s had family and friends visiting him onboard back to back for the last 3 weeks. That can be incredibly difficult to navigate for just one week, let alone three. But despite that, he’s still making serious progress. We also planned in a short diet break around week 8 to bring his energy back up, make things easier while family were visiting, and give his metabolism a reset before going back into his cut. With 6 weeks left, if we keep progressing like this, Sam will be entering his lean bulk from a great position. If you’re wanting results like this at sea, and are ready to put in the work, Drop me a message and let’s get going 📩 Bring on the next 6 weeks! 💪 #cruiseperformer #cruisecoach #transformation #clientresults #cruiseship
