Packing up an order for three collage prints. Before I send anything to the printer, I scan each piece at a high resolution and make a bunch of tiny edits. Most of them are so subtle you can barely tell—removing dust from the scanner, matching the colors to the original, or cleaning up glue residue that doesn’t need to show up in the print. It’s tedious, but it makes a big difference.

One of my favorite parts of print orders is seeing the combinations people pick. It’s always fun when someone pairs together works made years apart and reveals connections between them.

Through lots of heartache and tears I want to always celebrate the sweetest woman I’ve ever known. She left this world yesterday and I’m not sure how I’ll be able to stop missing her sweet voice and constant encouragement. She had a clarity about the importance of positivity in life and I hope to carry that in me for the rest of mine. She was a gift to this world for 91 years and I’m so grateful I had her for all 42 of mine so far. I love you Grandma Donna and I know you would want us all to live happy through missing you and that’s what I will try to do. 💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️
