In my new series of online workshops, called Flipping the Script, I’m bringing you a group coaching opportunity to expand your knowledge and actually do the work together, in real time, to understand where you are now, where you want to be and do the work to help get you there. I truly believe everyone would benefit from 121 coaching but for many it’s out of reach because there are so many other things we need to financially prioritise and sadly we humans have a habit of putting ourselves rather too far down the list of priorities. So these 1hr workshops aim to be super affordable, straight to the point, no fluff, & a vessel of time in which we do the work and walk away with a transformation. The first one is about Happiness, the thing we all seek and yet spend most of our time wondering when we’re going to get there and falling into a never ending cycle of quick fixes to emulate the feeling. Instead I’m going to bring your focus to feeling great instead, fulfilled, satisfied, purposeful, at peace and able to ride the waves of life while you do! Even when life is at its toughest, with the right perspective, it can be fulfilling, empowering & incredibly satisfying. Believe me I’ve been there - big time!! So if you’d like more details, let me know or link in bio (2 time slots available) and there are more titles on their way! Love & Lightbulbs
