Samuel Joseph put in the work all summer. No surprise he’s making plays on Saturdays.

Samuel Joseph is putting the work together.

In the weight room at Eastbound, we’re building the strength, power and durability he needs to play linebacker at a high level.

With @path_performance , he’s sharpening the speed, movement and on-field details that let him actually use it.

Now he’s a sophomore at UMass Dartmouth and Top 5 in the country in forced fumbles.

The goal was never just to get stronger.

Build it in the weight room. Refine it on the field. Let it show up on Saturdays.

People ask me all the time what makes Eastbound different.

It’s simple. We don’t waste time. We train with intent. We build strength that carries over to the field, court, mat, and track. Every athlete who walks through our doors has a goal, and our job is to help them reach it.

If you’re serious about getting stronger, faster, and more explosive, stop talking about it.
