We learn the rules.
We play the part.
We chase what we’re told is worth having.
And somewhere along the way, we forget to ask if we ever wanted it in the first place.

Been Like That. 🍎

We spend so much of our lives making invisible deals, changing parts of ourselves, following what we think is the right path, wearing what we believe is the right thing, rewriting parts of ourselves to simply try to fit in. Somewhere along the way we were told that’s what success looks like.

But at what point does this mindset cost you your authenticity and true nature?

Here’s a glimpse inside the world of ‘Been Like That’, full music video linked in bio 🍎💼

Showing @samuelsaint222 the ‘Been Like That’ music video for the first time 😂

There’s something so surreal about seeing his reaction after spending so long inside the world of a project.

Truly grateful🍎

The smile says it all 😂🖤

Why are we so good at noticing what’s missing, and so bad at noticing what we already have?

That’s the message behind my latest single ‘Been Like That’ - recognising the endless cycle of wanting what’s next, and the hope that maybe we can break it.

Music video dropping 29 August 🖤
