CALA ESCONDIDA We’re so happy to share that Cala Escondida, our latest short film, is now represented and distributed by @eroinfilms 🎬 After a year of making and editing, the film is now beginning its festival journey, being sent out to film festivals internationally over the coming year. Next week, on 15 October, we’ll be showing the film in Antwerp to our close circle, a first chance to watch it together before it continues on its own journey! “OFF THE RECORD” w/ the dear @glenn.sestig 🖤 The first architect to ever sit down for WTT, and yes, I know, it was about time. 🥹 Glenn Sestig has shaped spaces for some of the biggest names in fashion, from @anndemeulemeester_official to @pieter_mulier. His work exists somewhere between architecture, fashion and art, so naturally, I wanted to explore what happens when those disciplines meet, and how each can fundamentally shape the other. Because the most interesting creative worlds rarely exist within one discipline. Fashion informs architecture, architecture informs fashion, and both borrow from art, culture, music and everything in between. It’s less about where one discipline ends and another begins, and more about what becomes possible in the space between them. Glenn and I first met a few months ago, over drinks after a fashion show. Somehow, we ended up dancing until midnight, and I remember thinking almost immediately that we spoke the same language and I had to sit down with him. A few months later, we found ourselves at The Get, the exhibition space Glenn designed, and now his office, surrounded by his architecture, and sat down for a conversation about everything from form and function to collaboration, his dream project, and what happens when you stop thinking in disciplines and start thinking in worlds. A true honour, to say the least. Guess all that wearing sunglasses day and night is finally paying off, wdyt? 🤪 Feeling so frikkin’ grateful to be part of the @rayban family and to co-curate the Ray-Ban Red Experience with @whatstrendingtmw. 🥹🥹 A huge thank you to my wonderful WTT fam for coming to the iconic @vanhaerents_art_collection and dancing together in what genuinely felt like 40°C, fr fr. Belgian summer, baby. And yes, I somehow still managed to wear this incredible jacket by @larsmertns, fresh off the runway after his amazing graduate collection at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (@antwerpfashionofficial) in June, before changing into archive pre-2013 @anndemeulemeester_official (what else, ik). 🖤 A true Belgian love affair. ❤️ and ofc tysm to the full @hushhush.global team for making this happen, @zoelouwjanssen , @sophiavbuuren & @run.awa.y 🖤 Back to start my sixth (!) year of living in london town today, with a brand new job as senior creative strategist at a creative agency I’ve admired for years next to building out WTT & my @elle_belgie column ofc!!! Women can do it all (w the support of my dearest and nearest, always)!!!! Hehehe 🖤

Before the festival journey begins, we held the first private preview screening of Cala Escondida at @thestandardibiza earlier this month 🎬✨ Sharing our latest short film on the island where it was shot felt incredibly special. Watching it together in such an intimate setting was a beautiful way to experience the film for the first time with an audience ❤️ So grateful to everyone who joined us, and especially to @markfiguerza and the team for making the evening so special.
