What better way to celebrate January ending and getting through our first full week of February?? STUDENT SPOTLIGHT. Seth Determan and Sam Van Holland are two seniors here at Bishop Heelan. They’ve been best friends since 3rd grade where they met on the first day of school in Mrs Bork’s class at Mater Dei. And BOOM, their best friendship bond was born. They firmly believe they are the picture of a healthy and supportive friendship. (And they really hope their senior classmates will vote them for best bromance🤞🏻). Next year they will be roommates at Iowa State. Seth plans to study marketing and Sam will focus on finance. Business bros✊ You can often find these two roaming the halls of Heelan or assisting the front office ladies with any and all tasks.
