When I reflect on the last two years there is quite a lot that I have to process..⁣ ⁣ I quit my full time job, spent the better part of a year travelling and doing photography, then started my own fitness coaching business in the midst of bushfires, pandemics and other worldwide crises.. ⁣ ⁣ I didn’t really know exactly where the path would lead, simply that I had to follow my passions rather than waste away at someone else’s fucking desk everyday.. ⁣ ⁣ So I took one of the biggest risks of my life. Now, I’m only just at the start of the next chapter, but I have to appreciate all the things I’ve learned about myself - the good and the bad - and continue to grow into the person I hoped to become when I started this whole journey ⁣ ⁣ Still a long way to go, but I write this to allow myself to move forward. I am ready to take the next step. ⁣ ⁣ Bring on 2021 💪🏽⁣ Who’s with me?! ⁣ ⁣ #2021goals #newyear2021 #newgoals💪 #reachforyourgoals #travelbali #visitnusapenida #nusapenidaisland #balitraveller #baliguideline #baligetaway #baligram #balitravelography #baligasm #unlimitedvoyage

Working out in a pool of my own sweat, no aircon, in the humidity of northern Thailand.. and absolutely loving it 👌🏽⁣ ⁣ So let’s talk about barriers to achieving results: ⁣ ⁣ 🔰Mindset & commitment ⁣ 👉🏼 Before taking on any challenge in life we have to make the decision and commitment to doing so, no difference here, and in fact if the commitment isn’t there then all other factors become void. Decide how many days per week you are going to train, make the choice to be in the gym on those days and commit to the hard work and mindset of success. ⁣ ⁣ Who else has a mentality for success in 2020?? Comment with a 🔥 ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏽 Ps. Wanna know the best way to find gyms and workout spots in Thailand & Bali? Check out @fittripperapp - ⁣ I used this app throughout my travels last year and it saved me so much time and hassle, highly recommend 👌🏽⁣ ⁣ #mindsetforsuccess #2020goals #fittripperapp #fitnessthailand #fitnessaustralia #thailandtravel #thailandfitness #stayfitandtravel #travelfitness #fittraveler #chiangmailife #fitguysworldwide #travelandfitness

HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY 🇦🇺👍🏽 🐨 🦘 ⁣ ⁣ It’s great to be able to celebrate our great country after all the disaster recently, but we should also give a huge acknowledgement to all the CFS volunteers, fire fighters, defence force and regular people who are all chipping in to help save our country, and of course our thoughts with the people who lost their homes, farms & animals.. Hope everyone has an awesome day! ✌🏽⁣... yes I am holding a kitten 😆 ⁣ #australiaday2020 #australianfitness #australiaday #sagreat #saveaustralia #adelaidefitfam #southaussie #greenandgold
