🏔️BANFF NEW PLAY ACTOR TRAINING 🏔️
Still reflecting on this very special time with these very precious humans in this very incredible place. My heart, my soul, my mind are all reeling. Words alone can’t capture the magic, but I think a bit of it shines through these pictures!!!

The Banff Centre, our Faculty of TITANS, and my dear, dear cohort: I love ya TO DEATH. 🌟

⛰️ That’s a wrap on Banff! 🏔️
It was such an incredible opportunity to get to attend the New Play Actor Training this September and meet and work with all of the wonderful faculty and participants. It still feels in many ways like a dream (what do you mean it’s fall already??).

I owe huge thanks to the faculty for all of their hard work and openness and dedication to our learning, as well as the staff and administrators at the @banffcentre for figuring out what we needed before we did and welcoming us to the mountains with such open arms.

However, my biggest thanks goes out to the rest of my cohort for showing up every day with bravery, enthusiasm, and kindness. They all made it possible for me to take big swings, try new things, and be my fullest self. I’m so grateful for all the shared meals, long hikes, late-night studio sessions, and every conversation about theatre and art across the country. ❤️❤️❤️

Until next time.

Forever grateful to this show, cast and team ♥️

Thank you to all my fam and friends who came to see the show! ♥️

It still feels so surreal to have done a show like this!

Forever grateful to play as Trevor 🫶🏽

P.S. Does anyone know how to fix a hammer?

Whew. What a ride it's been.

Mark Antony, you beautiful bastard, it was a pleasure and a nightmare stepping into your stylish yet duplicitous shoes.

These things never last the way they feel like they should. You work your ass off for months, praying for the day it's all over and you have a life again. Then suddenly it's opening and you're shittinf yourself backstage because you're about to do "Friends, Romans, Countrymen," in front of the public and you know ever white man in the house is going to be judging whether or not you should be up there. And then suddenly... you're done. And you're like...why didn't we run longer? And you look at the cost or rental space in Vancouver and you remember why. But damn....

I wish I could spend more hours, more weeks, more months making art with my team. They are the thing that make me proudest. The fact that I picked some good good humans. And they turned a nightmare into a dream.

Until next time...
Long Live, Hail Caesar!

But also eat the rich and stuff..

Backstage shenanigans as captured on film.

This is what you get when you leave a disposable camera backstage. A lot of bloody pictures.

We cannot say enough about how amazing this cast and crew is. Once more, thank you for all who came out to support Julius Caesar. Through all the stress, tears, and blood (mostly fake), you all made it worth it.

And now… onto something completely different. Keep your eyes pealed as we prep for Little Women coming to you this December!
