The scaffolding is down and it's beautiful to see the front of the house now. The boys have been working away on the decks while the bathrooms are being tiled inside. Handover is just around the corner!

With the extension and pool house complete, the transformation now continues through the existing residence.

A considered palette of natural materials, soft curves and refined finishes is reshaping the original spaces, creating a seamless dialogue between old and new.

Every detail has been intentionally designed to bring warmth, texture and cohesion throughout — slowly revealing the home we envisioned from the beginning.

The existing house, reimagined.

Handover is approaching and the house is looking incredible. The boys are putting the finishing touches on cladding and moving onto the decks. Getting excited to see the final touches come together!

Inside, all four levels have been gyprocked

Appreciating how lucky our team is to work in such beautiful places. This jobsite has been a highlight.

A two-part custom flashing detail incorporating a perforated cavity closer, creating a seamless drip edge to house the ceiling sheet and decorative trim.

The stairs are in!

We cannot wait to show you more as things come together over the next few weeks.

This splashback tile runs the full height of the wall and every flat tile was planned to align perfectly with the power points. No awkward cuts, no pattern thrown off, just intention from the very first tile.

A few things we're loving about this high end build
The stone wall as you enter the property.

The alfresco area, with powder coated speakers seamlessly built into the linings.

The magnesium pool, with a view straight out to the hinterland.

Custom hand rails leading down the stairs to the studio space.

Wall to ceiling herringbone tiles in the master bathroom.

Powder coated drains throughout the build, a small detail that adds a whole extra layer of high end.

The main foyer entrance, complete with a custom rug to welcome you in as you choose which side of the house to explore.

The aesthetic light switches finishing off the main living area.

It’s been a busy few weeks! The boys have finished the lining in the alfresco area, with @sanctuaryelectrical adding lights and speakers throughout Karwarie.

The beautiful terrazzo slab was installed in the master bathroom, paired with an intricate floor to wall herringbone. The team @donkinbathrooms have done an incredible job!

Landscaping has also progressed and seeing everything come together has been great.

Installation is moving fast across all of the rooms. The kitchen is coming together beautifully with the stone bench top being installed. The @donkinbathrooms crew have laid the floor in the entry foyer and corridors & the kitchen splash back. We're getting excited to see the final reveal.

Things are moving fast on site this week. Kitchen installation is underway, tiling is in progress and that stunning spiral staircase is hard to walk past without stopping. The raw stone slabs selected well before the project started are about to be cut to their final shape. Very excited to see them in their final form. This kitchen is going to be truly incredible.
