A beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern living. ✨ Our Marrickville project has been completed minus landscaping & a pool to be done by us in the near future. We have loved working with the lovely clients and are very pleased to see how happy they are with their newly renovated home 🏠

This page has been quiet. The sites haven’t. 📐

Zig Zag House in Springwood.
Blackline in Harrington Park.
A house in old coal-mining country at Catherine Hill Bay.

That’s where the time’s gone, and honestly, we haven’t shown you nearly enough of it.

Swipe through for a look 👇 We’re getting back into the habit of sharing the work, including the architects we collaborate with and what it takes to get the details right the first time.

Planning an architecturally designed home in the Blue Mountains, Penrith, Lake Macquarie or the Central Coast? We’d love to hear about it. Link in bio.

There's nothing quite like natural light and open living ☀️😌

We were fortunate to bring that feeling into this renovation, creating a space that feels bright, open, and effortlessly connected.

A couple of big milestones completed! 🙌

Tiles and flooring are now finished, and both us and the client couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s really starting to come together now! 👏

Another step closer to the finish line. 🏡

Honestly, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
Over the past year, @seabreeze.projects has seen some of the biggest opportunities come through our doors. While we’re incredibly proud of the work our team delivers, the truth is that none of it happens without the support of our clients.
A Google review.
A shared post.
A recommendation to a friend, family member, or colleague.
They might seem like small gestures, but they have a huge impact on small businesses like ours. Every review builds trust. Every share extends our reach. Every referral opens a new door.
To everyone who has supported us in these ways thank you.
Your support means more than you probably realise and it continues to help us grow, create opportunities for our team and do what we love every day.

Thank you for being part of the journey 🛠️
