Some people you meet in the most unplanned ways - and somehow, they always leave you a little more inspired. 🏃‍♀️✨

I first met @sandeepsachdevofficial Sandeep when he was a banker, managing investments for one of our clients. Then almost overnight, he became a household name after winning Biggest Loser Jeetega.

We never really stayed in touch, but our paths kept crossing at the most random moments.

In 2019, I was struggling through a run at Carter Road, Bandra - and Sandeep showed up and pushed me through it.

Today, years later, I bumped into him again - this time at Hyrox Mumbai. Same warmth, same energy, like no time had passed at all. 🙌

His journey - from that TV screen to a life truly built around health and nutrition - is proof that real transformation isn’t a moment, it’s a lifestyle.

Grateful for these little reminders that some people just carry good energy with them, wherever they go.

We did it. Jiya and I finished HYROX Mumbai. I’m still taking that in.

I started the year around 170 kg. Yesterday, at around 130–135, I finished something I’d trained my ass off for. With diabetes and all my worries about what my body could manage, I wanted this so badly.

And @_jiyaa19_ chose to do it with me. A mother of two, with back surgery behind her and her own odds to beat. She could have raced with her husband. She said, “Fab, I’m only going to do it with you.”

Imagine being trusted like that while you’re still learning to trust yourself… 😅

We didn’t suck. We did it bloody well!’

I was jumping two and a half floor boxes in my burpee broad jumps. At 135 kg. I’m still trying to get my head around that. Jiya got through her lunges with 20 kg on her shoulders without once dropping the bag. We kept finding more in ourselves, and in each other, than I knew was there.

Then I got to hug Shivali. *There are OVER seven years in that hug!*

I met her by chance in 2019. Neither of us could have known how much life would happen between then and this photograph. Through the mess, the setbacks, her travels, my doubts, she has kept showing up. Every bloody day.

Earlier this year, she said, “We’ll be ready. Don’t worry, Fab.”

I wonder if she knows how much I needed that “we”.

Shivali, you were right. I hope you felt every thank-you I couldn’t get out.

And the people quietly behind so much of this: I know how much you’ve given me. There are parts of yesterday that belong to each of you. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!

I’m sore, exhausted, and so proud I don’t quite know how to say it without crying.

For once, when I think about what I might do next, I believe myself.

Thank you for helping me get here. I TRULY LOVE YOU ALL. The 🐻 is getting emotional now 😘🧿🧿🧿🧿
