Not that long ago.. I would’ve looked at this photo and wished I was leaner..

Today?

I look at it and see strength 💪🏽🤎

This isn’t the leanest I’ve ever been!

But it might be the most balanced I’ve ever been 🫶🏽

The past year changed me in ways I never expected 🙏🏽

After losing John, I realised life is far too short to spend it constantly picking yourself apart 💯

So now I train to feel strong 💪🏽
I eat to fuel my body 🩷
I move because I’m grateful that I can 👌🏽

Don’t get me wrong—I still have goals ..

But they’re no longer driven by the need to be leaner!!!!!

They’re driven by wanting to feel strong, have energy, and build a body that’s resilient enough to carry me through whatever life throws my way 🫶🏽

That’s exactly how I coach the women inside my community🩷

Not chasing perfection.!!
