I was pretty hesitant to share my story over instagram in the beginning, maybe because infertility is still a taboo in our society ! But I wasn’t convinced and Everyone who knows me in real life knows my story 😅

But I thought sharing it over here will help soooo many ladies suffering silently !

We are part of this infertility club that we all HATE, but when we share our stories, worries, feelings with other members we know we are not alone !
I couldn’t really find this community in my country, infertility here makes you feel sooo lonely but I want to be there I want to share my story, my feelings, my opinion about doctors, procedures and protocols.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE !

Our Story 💗
Our story is like no other !
BUT, to make things short 😅,
We got married in august 2021 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏼‍♂️
We started trying to conceive almost 3 months after our wedding.
I was a former IVF nurse who knew almost everything about infertility and all my life i was scared to be part of this “club” !
After 3 months of trying we were finally Pregnant !!!! But unfortunately it only lasted a week ! I was devastated by this loss… but I tried to move on and keep trying, yet I knew something was wrong with me, I know my body very well ! Everyone kept telling me, it is all in your head, just RELAX it will happen !! ( btw this is the worst thing you can ever tell someone who had a previous miscarriage or going through infertility).
Because RELAXING wasn’t the issue here !
Endometriosis was 🤕
( I will be posting my Endometriosis story with doctors in lebanon soon )
I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis stage 3, with an endometrioma on my left Ovary.
We started IVF automatically because we were afraid of having a bad egg quality due to endometrioma. Luckily during my first round of IVF we got 9 good quality embryos 🧿
We were told frozen cycles work better with endometriosis and that’s what we did. Our first FET ( frozen embryo transfer ) was a fail.
We did some fine tuning with the protocol for our 2nd FET, but unfortunately it was also a fail. We were transferring 2 embryos each cycle. So now we are left with 5 beautiful embryos. My Hubby and I took the decision to change clinic and move our embryos to a new clinic with a new doctor who is more up to date with Endometriosis related Infertility.
Now moving forward with our 3rd Transfer.
Wish us luck !💗🌈
