The funds will support:

Today, we celebrated the 2026 Above and Beyond Awards Ceremony, honoring the extraordinary bravery, heroism, and sacrifice demonstrated by our LAPD officers in the line of duty.

The Purple Heart recognizes officers who sustained traumatic injuries or made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities.

The Medal of Valor recognizes officers whose courage, decisive action, and selfless commitment helped save lives during critical incidents and moments of extraordinary danger.
