☀️ Hot night. Cool tunes. Perfect summer vibes. 🎶

It may have been one of the hottest evenings of the summer, but once the sun started going down, the breeze kicked in and Dos Echoes took us straight back to the soundtrack of the ’60s and ’70s at Culinary Dropout. ❤️

Bob Inbody on keyboards and Charlie Phillips on guitar were SO good! One classic after another, incredible harmonies, and plenty of those “Ohhhh, I LOVE this song!” moments. 🎹🎸

And when they started playing Summer Breeze… could there have been a more perfect song for the night? 🌴✨

Great music, great friends, a cold drink in hand, and one of those glorious summer evenings that just kept getting better as the temperature came down and the music kept going.

🎶 Summer breeze makes me feel fine…
Yep. That pretty much sums it up. ☀️

Speed x 3… do not attempt this velocity at home 😉 Strength training is SLOW TRAINING. At @infinitefitnesssd we combine two methods of controlling the load:
• Controlled Eccentrics: Lifting at slower, measured pace while aiming for a slow, controlled lowering phase.
• Powerful Concentrics: This is our dynamic lift . Try to lift the weight as fast as possible, with intent, think controlled thrust of hips, even if the weight moves slowly. Lowering down to start position in a SLOW & CONTROLLED motion.
At @infinitefitnesssd we lift heavy things safely every day 😎💪🏽
This is your sign to pick up something heavy today! Xx
