Turns out the couples behind the weddings deserve cute photos too.

We got to spend time with @every.day.flowers at a recent dinner with some of Roatan’s wedding planners, and obviously we couldn’t let this husband-and-wife team leave without getting them in front of the Live Portrait Booth.

And come on. LOOK AT THEM.

One of our favourite things about the booth is that it’s not just about big groups and party photos. It’s also a chance to grab your person, step in together, and get a really great photo while you’re already dressed up and looking good.

These two made our job very easy.

Wedding planners spend a whole lot of time making sure everyone ELSE is having a good time.

So naturally, we made sure they got their turn too.

A few weeks ago, we brought the Live Photo Booth to a dinner for some of Roatan’s incredible wedding planners at @grandroatanresortandspa, and @roatanevents stepped in front of the camera.

And this is exactly why we love having a real photographer behind the booth. A little direction, a little movement, a lot of laughing, and photos that actually feel like YOU.

Turns out the people behind the weddings photograph pretty dang well too 😍🔥

A week I’ll never forget. 🌴✨

The @sitesoutheast Incentive Leadership Experience was more than a successful program — it was a moment that reminded me of what can happen when a destination, a resort, and an incredible team come together with a shared vision.

I’m incredibly grateful to our Kimpton Grand Roatán family for the countless hours, attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and genuine care that went into making this experience so special. Behind every beautiful moment, there was a team working tirelessly behind the scenes — and I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together. ❤️

To my team: thank you for showing up, stepping up, and giving it your all. You represented our resort and our island with so much heart, and it showed.

We were honored to welcome 50+ incentive travel professionals and give them a taste of the beauty, culture, adventure, and hospitality that make Roatán so unique — from Charankako Bay and Gumbalimba to snorkeling the world’s second-largest barrier reef and experiencing West End.

There is something incredibly special about being part of a team that isn’t just selling a destination, but helping put it on the map.

So grateful. So proud. And so excited for what’s next. 🌎🌴

Hosting @sitesoutheast USA in Roatán was about much more than welcoming a group,it was an opportunity to showcase the potential of our destination to leaders shaping the incentive travel industry. 🇭🇳

Nearly 60 industry professionals experienced Roatán through hospitality, gastronomy, wellness, adventure and local experiences, followed by a post-FAM trip to Copán Ruinas — connecting the Caribbean with the history and culture of Honduras.

Proud to see hotels, tour operators, local businesses and the Honduras Institute of Tourism coming together with one goal: positioning Roatán and Honduras for incentive travel.

A few weeks ago, @diego.padula and I stood on the 6th floor of @grandroatanresortandspa and asked ourselves: why wait to bring this space to life?

And that’s exactly how it started.

What followed was a lot of creativity, teamwork, conversations and an entire team bringing the vision together. From weddings and curated dinners to wellness experiences, sunset parties and nights like this one… we started imagining all the possibilities this space could have.

One thing I truly appreciate about working with Diego is how visionary and creative he is, and how he supports an idea and helps push it forward. Then you see the entire team get excited about it too… and that’s when things start happening. 🙌🏼

Seeing the rooftop finally come alive for Roatán Super Picnic was such a cool moment.

And this is only the beginning. More sunsets, more experiences and definitely more rooftop nights ahead.
