Water alone isn’t enough.

When you sweat, you lose more than water. You lose electrolytes: sodium, potassium, and magnesium, the essential minerals that keep your muscles working, your focus sharp, and your body performing at its best.

That’s the gap most people don’t feel until they hit the wall. Cramps, fatigue, the fade in the back half of a run. Rehydrating with water alone can only take you so far when what you’re really missing is balance.

SEVN was built to close that gap. A clean, transparent electrolyte formula made to help you show up, replenish, and keep going.

Hydration is the foundation. Everything you’re becoming is built on it.

The Art of Becoming.

the doctor told me i could never run a marathon. but he never said anything about a half.

this year has challenged me in ways i’ll never be able to fully explain. there were days where getting out of bed was the victory. nights where my mind felt heavier than my legs ever would on a long run. i felt lost… like i was constantly fighting battles no one else could see. this year broke me open and forced me to rebuild from pieces i barely recognized. there were days i didn’t know how to keep going… and days i was convinced i wouldn’t.

running gave me something to hold onto when everything felt like it was slipping. every mile became a promise that i wouldn’t give up on myself - even on the days where quitting felt easier.

after my ACL injury, i didn’t know if i’d ever feel like myself again. the pain wasn’t just physical - it was losing the piece of me that loved to move, compete, and feel strong. hospital for special surgery gave that back to me. they put me in the hands of doctors at @hspecialsurgery who believed in my recovery even when i doubted it. they rebuilt my knee, but more importantly, they helped rebuild my confidence. today’s finish line belongs to them too.

and somewhere along the way, this race became bigger than me.

i ran for mental health - for the conversations we still struggle to have, for the moments that feel too heavy to share, for the people who are still trying to find their way forward. i ran to raise money for an organization that is changing lives through support, advocacy, and hope. @mentalhealthiam_ reminded me that help exists. healing exists. community exists.

crossing that finish line wasn’t about pace or perfection.
it was proof that i am still here.
still fighting.
still choosing to believe in better days.

i ran for the girl who once thought she wouldn’t make it through the hardest parts of this year. i ran for everyone who needs a reminder that they are stronger than their darkest thoughts. i ran because this finish line is just the start of something new.

for mental health. for hope. for the kilometers that healed me.

and for all the people still running their own race - i’m right there with you.
