Some stories look better on film.

The morning after…
Somehow softer.
Somehow stronger.

Some things simply become clear (after chaos).

🇧🇷
A manhã seguinte…
De alguma forma mais suave.
De alguma forma mais forte.

Algumas coisas simplesmente ficam claras (depois do caos).

She disappears for days.
Replies to texts 8 business days later.
Drinks espresso instead of therapy.
Still somehow gets invited everywhere.

Emotionally available only to aesthetics and good conversations.

Facts.

Marilia Moreno director’s cut 2010

🇧🇷
Some por dias.

Fatos…

I think It’s getting harder to be around here.
When I limit how much I consume on social media my mental health improves significantly.

Midweek.
And even at the beginning of a new year, what we’re really craving (and needing ) is peace.

There’s so much noise out there.
Loud, overwhelming noise.
Fear of the government. The future.
Fear of people, and how they’re raising their children.
Fear that this year will be worse than the last.

The more we consume the internet, the heavier everything feels.

I’m not against information, quite the opposite. I am a journalist .
But, I’m soooo against the excess of it.

We’re fragile. We’re sensitive.

In the end, maybe peace is not about understanding everything.
Maybe it shows up when we turn that channel off and come back to ourselves.
Sit with yourself.
Watch your own life.
Notice your habits.
It might be a good way to start the year. Theres hope in that 🙏🏼

🇧🇷

Medo do governo. Do futuro.

Quanto mais a gente consome a internet, mais pesado tudo fica.

Não sou contra informação, muito pelo contrário. Sou jornalista, né? 😅

Sentar consigo mesma.
Observar a própria vida.

Aqui estamos…
esperando o cavalo,
enquanto a cobra ainda termina de trocar de pele.

Alguém mais nesse ritmo por aí?
Ou só eu mesmo 🥹?
Responde com alguma dessas opções abaixo:

1- Precisei de fôlego
2- Trocando de Pele 🐍
3- Já perdi a cabeça
4- Voando Alro

🇺🇸 15 full days into 2026.

Here we are…
waiting for the horse,
while the snake is still finishing shedding its skin.

Anyone else moving at this pace?
Or is it just me? 😅
Answer me with these options:

1. Needed a breather
2. Still shedding
3. Already overwhelmed
4. Rocking it!

Modeling & a Few things I’ve learned.❤️

Corte. Corte. Corte

Beneath the Surface…
