🥉 PAC 2026

Cada vez que piso el escenario siento que debí haber iniciado desde mucho antes. Sin embargo, cada camino recorrido, cada entrenamiento y cada trabajo realizado me han llevado a lo que soy hoy. Me siento plena y satisfecha, pero también con tantas ganas de seguir aprendiendo y creciendo. ¡Cómo amo disfrutar esto! El estrés, la presión y la pasión hacen una parte tan indispensable de este proceso como también lo son los errores. Abrazar las fallas no nos hace mediocres o menos profesionales, son hace recordar que somos humanos y que estamos vivos, nos ayuda a crear desde la desesperación, nos obliga a resolver y pensar rápido, y eso también se disfruta y se aplaude.

Amo el escenario, amo el pole, amo a los míos y amo mi vida.

10-DAY PHONE CLEAN UP CHALLENGE- join me!🧼

I’ve cleaned up my phone more times than I can count, and yet my storage is ALWAYS full. And I’m so done with this🫠

If you are struggling with this too, I’m challenging you to join me for a 10-day clean up. Only 10 minutes a day, starting RIGHT NOW! (no procrastinating😅) Exchange 10 minutes of scrolling for cleaning up your camera roll.

Me, for the past 10 years:
- Usually couldn’t open WhatsApp anymore because phone was so full
- The moment the problem was temporarily fixed, I stopped
- Have thousands of training videos on my phone that I’ll never ever watch again
- Upgraded iPhone storage every time I bought a new phone
- Bought a 6TB iCloud plan for €30/month
- 10+ years of feeling overwhelmed, guilty, and lazy about it😣

For the next 10 days:
👉🏻 Set a timer for 10 minutes and delete unnecessary photos, videos and screenshots.
👉🏻 Need more time? Add more minutes or more days, but keep it doable. Too much = overwhelming = quitting

My first day in Colombia, meeting the team, discovering the theatre… I was supposed to save energy especially after the long flight, the next day would be my official post injury come back. I thought I’d only check the poles and mark my floor directions, but then I was up there, the music started and I just felt like doing it.
For this small organizing crew who was present and gently nannying me since my arrival, and just for me, because I love dancing this choreo even though it kills me physically.
Never miss an opportunity to make it happen.
Dance like nobody is watching.
Except the photographer @registro.vertical and the organizer @sandsuarez were already sniping and making memories. And I thank them for that ♥️

Nunca vas a saber por qué algunas cosas no salen como esperabas. A veces simplemente toca aceptar, cerrar el capítulo y seguir caminando. Quizás hoy no entiendas el porqué, pero algún día entenderás para qué. 🤎

More than a demo, this is the first time I was back on stage after the biggest injury I had to overcome in my whole competitive career.
This piece finally happened just the way it was supposed to be.
A year of research, rehearsals… and rehab.
My first time in Colombia (and in Latin America!). I can’t even describe how much I loved to meet everyone there, how passionate the competitors are, how supportive this audience is, and how beautiful this country is.

Pole Art Colombia is definitely one of the best competition in the world with a high standard organization by @sandsuarez , supported by the best crew. Not only all logistical aspects are there to make the competitors perform at their best, but the mindset in also incredibly supportive of creativity, boldness, and ART.
An event that has proved its worthiness in South America for the last 4 years, that deserves a more international recognition.

Workshop de pura técnica, desarrollo de la fuerza, coordinación y concentración en la barra, secuencias multinivel. Si quieres un reto, llegar a nuevos lugares y recibir correcciones uno a uno, este es tu lugar. Enfocado a ver nuevos y creativos caminos en tus secuencias de pole.

POLE A BAJA ALTURA:

Si quieres mejorar en todas las técnicas de pole, debes comenzar a trabajar a baja altura: desarrollo de técnica cerca al piso o en el piso, trabajo de basework, fuerza y trancisiones a baja altura.
