Stunning evidence of the benefit of mixed aged classrooms. Older children, called "elders," are encouraged to be leaders to their younger classmates.
Here an elder teaches their younger classmate how to window wash.

I am firm believer of letting an artist be free with the creation of their art, what are you doing it for if you can’t be free or feel free. If it doesn’t work try something else but be free. #HMTWNHERO

The chance to witness children learning is inspiring. Sambo is presenting greater than and lesser than < > to one of our elders. Whether it is one to one correspondence, addition work with a friend, mixing bubbles or turning the pages to Brown Bear, Brown Bear, learning is happening and it is a joy to witness. #MontessoriMagic #EarlyChildhoodEducation #NiaHouse #Math
