My BFF @sarah_drisc and I got matching butterfly tattoos yesterday. 🦋✨ Aren’t they cute?!

We’ve been best friends since 4th grade, and it’s kind of amazing to think about the butterfly effect.

This little butterfly reminds me that every season of life shapes the next one. We don’t always understand it while we’re living it, but looking back, it’s amazing to connect the dots.

Butterflies symbolize transformation, rebirth, and personal growth. We both connect to those meanings in our own ways, but for me, infertility completely transformed me into the person I was meant to become.

That transformation is what led me to my mission: spreading hope within the infertility community. ✨💛

Infertility naturally pulls us toward fear, worst-case scenarios, and everything that could go wrong. Staying hopeful takes intention and practice. It’s one of the reasons I believe support is so important during infertility. 🙏

Looking back, I don’t regret the time I spent hoping. But I do regret all of the time I spent worrying, spiraling, and putting my life on hold.

What signs bring you hope? 👇

And would you ever get a tattoo? 🦋

Got this tattoo about a year ago, and honestly, I love that I can’t always see it. It surprises me—reminding me of something deeper every time it catches my eye. 🪶

Years ago, during a time when I was really struggling, I asked the universe for a sign that everything would be okay. And over time, I started noticing feathers—everywhere. Quiet reminders that I was being held, that I was on the right path.

The signs are always there… we just have to be open to seeing them. ✨

Thank you @sanjay.nirvana777 for this beautiful piece.
