We're proud to share that FIDELITY is #ReFrameStamped!

It's not all good news. Today's 2025 ReFrame Report on Gender & Hiring in Film shows the first major rollback in gender parity in six years. Only 26 of the top 100 films earned the Stamp. Women of color in lead roles hit an eight-year low. Zero trans or nonbinary directors or leads.

The report's findings confirm what we already knew: inclusion doesn't happen by accident, and its absence isn't about resources. If a first-time filmmaker crew with no institutional backing can build a gender-balanced production, every film at every budget level should be able to do the same.

FIDELITY wouldn't exist without its people. More than half our cast and crew are women or nonbinary; more than half are people of color. We didn't build a diverse team to meet a mandate. We built this team because the story demanded it, and the film is better for it.

Say it from the rooftops: representation isn't a constraint on filmmaking; it's an essential creative resource.

And stay tuned for more FIDELITY news this spring! 👀
